We are excited to announce the addition of our Online Appointment Confirmation Service.  With our new service, you will be able to:

 

• Receive Email or Text Message Reminders

• Confirm Appointments via Email or Text

• Submit Online Appointment Requests

 

To join, all you have to do is make sure we have your current email address and mobile number.  You will then receive a welcome email and/or text message letting YOU decide how we communicate with you.
